Return information

The buyer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he withdraws from the distance contract, without incurring any costs other than those provided for in Article 13(1). (3) and art.14 of O.U.G 34/2014 and without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the products (cf. art. 9).

To return products, please email us at office@nicolas.ro with details of the products you wish to return and (optionally) the reason for the return.

After having communicated in writing the decision to withdraw from the contract, the buyer has 14 calendar days to return the product. Return costs will be borne by the buyer.
